CallVUE
CallVUE provides call centers seemless integration of CMS phone system data. Display in "real-time"; call volume, call waiting, and staffing information to maximize staffing and customer service needs. Additionally, multiple call center locations can aggregate CMS and Virtual Hold (VHT) phone data in real time to provide this information on a nationwide basis if desired.
